Lucky Lottery – Cash Lottery Rules of Play
1. Age Requirement
All ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.
2. Eligibility
Members of local group boards and Rocanville Lucky Lottery Committee members are eligible to purchase tickets.
3. Early Bird Draw
o Date & Time: September 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM
o Location: Nutrien Rocanville Community Hall, Rocanville, SK
o Cut-Off Time: Ticket sales for Early Bird draw close at 5:00 PM on September 10, 2025
o Prizes:
– $500 Gift Certificate to Legacy Pharmacy
– Milwaukee Lawn Mower (valued at $1,439)
– Callaway Driver (valued at $700)
o Winning tickets will be returned to the draw drum after each Early Bird prize is drawn, making them eligible for future draws, including the grand prize.
o Winners are responsible for arranging pick-up of their prize(s).
4. Grand Prize Draw
o Date & Time: September 26, 2025, at 9:00 PM
o Location: Nutrien Rocanville Community Hall, 818 Francis Street, Rocanville, SK
o Grand Prize: $100,000 cash payout
o Draw will include the grand prize and all remaining consolation prizes.
5. Consolation Prizes
A total of 10 consolation prizes will be awarded:
o One cash prize of $100/week for a year ($5,200 total value)
o One E-bike (valued at $3,199)
o Three $1,000 cash prizes
o One $5,000 Travel Voucher from TravelOnly (to be used through Glenda’s TravelOnly)
o Three $500 cash prizes
o One $850 Gift Certificate to Moose Mountain Meats
As with the Early Bird prizes, all winning tickets will be re-entered into the
draw drum after each consolation prize is drawn.
6. Attendance Not Required
Ticket holders do not need to be present at the time of the draw to win.
7. Grand Prize Payment
The grand prize winner will receive a $100,000 cheque issued by the Rocanville Lucky Lottery Committee.
8. Ticket Information
o Price: $100 per ticket
o Total Tickets Available: 2,500
9. Unclaimed Prizes
o All unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for one year from the draw date.
o After that period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and funds donated to a charity approved by the SLGA (Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority).
10. Prize Pick-up or Shipping
Prizes must be picked up in Rocanville or can be shipped at the winner’s expense.
11. Draw Supervision
A representative from the Credit Union will be present during the draw.

Lucky Lottery 50/50 – Rules of Play
1. Eligibility: Participants must be 19 years of age or older to purchase tickets.
2. Board & Committee Participation: All board members of local groups and members of the Rocanville Lucky Lottery
Committee are eligible to purchase tickets.
3. Ticket Pricing & Availability:
o 1 ticket for $20.00
o 3 tickets for $50.00
o A total of 7,198 tickets have been printed for sale.
4. Draw Date & Location:
The 50/50 draw will take place on September 26, 2025, at 9:00 PM at the Nutrien Rocanville Community Hall, located at 818 Francis Street, Rocanville, SK.
o The maximum prize payout is $60,000.
5. Unclaimed Prizes:
The Rocanville Lucky Lottery Board will hold unclaimed cash prizes in a secure location for one year from the date of the draw. If not claimed within this period, the prize funds will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.
6. Draw Oversight:
A representative from the Credit Union will be present during the draw to ensure transparency and compliance.
